I went and got my double helix pierced while I was on holidays in Brisbane. The staff are very friendly and the store is very well set out. The piercer Luke did a great job and is super friendly. Will definitely be back to get more piercings next time I'm up!

My friend and I called during the day to check if they had space for two small matching tattoos. They explained that we could come in at 5:15pm and could fit us in. We changed plans and hung around the area to attend. Once we arrived, after about 15 minutes, we were told that they had someone walk in and couldn’t fit us in anymore which was disappointing. Didn’t feel like there was great communication in the team and we were informed quite abruptly.

The staff are friendly but overpriced, $100 for the smallest tattoo, not to bring into account the visible health and safety hazards… lights hung up with electrical wires alone, other electrical wires cable tied too metal sharp edges, vary dangerous and multiple health and safety issues. How this shop is currently open is well beyond me Not to mention my partner came for a piercing, that came to a crashing halt when a guy came in with an immensely infected ear from his 3 day old piercing…. Which was abit concerning and more understandable why it’s “$6 madness piercings”

A big thank you to the team for the friendly service I received today I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the great job Luke did with my lobe piercings. This is my second visiting “Off ya tree”. I've got my navel and septum piercings with the friendly staff member service I received today. The staff who did my piercing was so kind and explained how to take care of them properly. I appreciate it and highly recommend!!!

Popped in for a browse and left with 2 new dermals that I’ve been wanting for years but other piercers said were “too hard”! Luna absolutely killed it! Customer service was beyond top tier! And the piercings were immaculate, considering I had my face hole punched,,, twice,,, and barely I felt a thing speaks volumes to the skill! Luna was also a legend covering the aftercare and recommendations for jewellery etc! Will most definitely be back!

I absolutely adore everyone on the team, the customer service is next level and you can really tell that they genuinely care about their customers. It is such a welcoming environment and I won’t go anywhere else for my piercings. Such good people!
